Delivery

  • If your package is not collected within 14 days, a handling fee of 50% of the purchase price may apply.

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local delivery provider. If confirmed lost in transit, contact us with documentation for assistance.

  • We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages marked as “delivered,” but we’re happy to help with replacements when appropriate.


Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • Our fulfillment center is located in Asia

Order Processing Policy

Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation. Please double-check your details before submitting.
If changes are needed, contact us immediately — but once an order enters processing or shipping, changes may not be possible.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue a refund

  • We will gladly resend the item free of charge once the correct address is provided

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers


Reshipment Policy

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us with photos or video (if applicable).

Once a resolution (such as a reshipment or partial refund) is provided, no further compensation will be issued for the same issue.
